What do yall think about my weight loss plan?

30minute treadmill run once a day
200 situps a day
200 crunches a day
50 pushups a day

Yes i will eat healthy and drink water to maintain my weight loss.
Can anyone tell me anything i should add to my daily routine to lose weight? Also if i do this everyday how long would it take to see results? Thanks in advance.
