honestly, the only way to get rid of any fat anywhere is lots of water, eat right and excersize. Its the hard way, but its the most natural. You don’t want to use creams and pills that might make you look worse or have a bad side effect.
Just cut down on the carbs (bread, cookies, sugar in your coffee/tea, chips…) and eat lots of fruits (mainly oranges, they have lots of vit.
