haha, exercising will make you lose weight in an even amount all over your body.  There is no way to make yourself lose weight in a specific area and only that area.  But yes, you will lose weight in your legs along with the rest of your body.  And i would suggest doing other cardio, such as biking or swimming in addition to running, since 10 - 20 minutes is not too long.  You can also walk.</description>

no matter what i do, my legs always stay the exact same size. my stomach will change and my arms with somewhat change, but never my legs. for some people its the other way around, sometimes you cant target certain areas.
