Can anyone recommend ways to slim waist and thighs?

I’m 5′9 and 124 lbs so it’s kinda hard for me to lose weight w/out feeling like crap, but i dream of having that bikini perfect bod and wish my waist were a few inches slimmer and my thighs. any diet tips or exercise tip??? thanx! :)
