how can i get a toned upper body and a slim waist?

I’m 5′6″ & 132p i still have a big tummy n big boobs, my legs r perfect but i seem to be an apple shaped person i always get fatter from the upper parts, i work n all my time i spend working infront the computer without any action involved, i want to be toned can anyone help telling me what to do?

    Need to lose weight?

    you definitely have frozen leg syndrome. it happens when one eats too many eggs for lunch. i suggest you mow the lawn twice a week. your body will react to the sudden fresh air and will demand to eat more eggs. the more eggs the more circulation. you see, in science, if you take to eggs you get one whole.. in your body, two lawn mowers make one happy grass. if the grass is happy, then we all are. whats better than that!

    Losing weight without starving yourself

    The best thing to do is exercise. Whether you like it or not, that’s the way to get in shape. But for being 5′6” and only 132 pounds, you really don’t have to lose that much weight. In the end though I suppose the best look for you is the one that makes you most comfortable about yourself. But, diet and exercise are still the most effective treatment.
