I want to get a more toned body and slim my hips and waist?

Does anyone know the correct exercises to do in order to get a more toned body and a slimmer waist and hips? I have an elliptical and a bike… how often should i excersise and for how long?

    i would do the eliptical for about 45-1hr every other day and the bike every other day. Be sure to take at least 1 day off to give your body a rest. Also if you cut out carbination in your diet, that will help with that bloated stomach look. Good luck. Be sure to eat lots of vegies, fruits and lean meats. Easy on the carbs. I eat most of my carbs before 5 so my stomach is not so full before bed. That helps with bloating too.

    Alternate between the bike and elliptical every other day for 30 minutes. Stand straight with legs shoulderwidth apart holding small weights at your side. Bend from side to side and do ten reps on each side and repeat it like 3 times.(great for toning the hips/waist) Don’t forget other exercises for arms, chest, abs and legs. Good Luck

    I work at a Health Fitness center the best is to exercise at least 3x a week, eat six times a day speeds the metabolism up.
