Healthy Vegan diet on food stamps?

Can sombody please give me a meal plan that’s healthy (conatins all of the nutrients needed by the body), Vegan (no milk, eggs, meat or meat by-products), and sustainable on a food stamp budget. (for 2 people $270/ month, $62.30/ day, or $8.85/ day – or less)

P.S. – Preferably w/ enough variety not to drive you crazy, but not neccesary

    loaf of bread $3 or 4
    jar peanut butter $3
    carrots $1 or 2
    taco bell bean burrito $1 seven layer burrito $2
    walnuts $1 or 2
    carton of soy milk $3 or 4 (necessary)
    cereal $3 or 4
