    Losing weight without starving yourself

    I hate to say it but fat isn’t going to go anywhere unless you work it to death by exercising. I see you have been biking, that’s great and the best way to work on your legs. Maybe go a little longer, it’s also good that you’ve been cross training (something other then biking) How far have you been going with your biking? maybe double what you are doing, when you stop do your legs hurt and you sway because you can barely walk? I did 13.2 miles Friday and was swaying all over the place, couldn’t even walk my bike up the driveway… Try some inclines, if you are jus biking flat terrain you aren’t doing very much, try some hills, up and down (not just coasting all over that wont do anything for you) but going up some hills…)

    You cant lose weight in a specific place.
    Just eat less and continue with the cycling and running as normal.
    The weight will be lost from everywhere, including your legs.

    the most important thing is not to starve yourself, its not good for your health. my advice would be just to stick at it and keep aiming for your goal. if your not a keep at it kinda person(which is not good). try some allternatives like those strange vibration things.

    Walk, run, bike and stay away from fatty foods. What is your height and weight – that would help. It could be muscle.
