my bmi is quite low, but i think my body fat percentage is way too high. so could you tell me what is the healthy, ideal fat percentage for a girl who’s 15?

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

    For a normal girl, 25-31% is healthy. 21-24% is better, and athletes have 14-20%. Women shouldn’t go below 12% body fat.

    By the way, over 32% is classified as obese in women. Of course, men have another scale completely. Men naturally have less body fat than women.

    Basically what the other poster said. In the region of 14%-28% body fat, but bear in mind those with lower percentages tend to be more athletic as opposed to just skinny.
