How to Lose Weight
Meat diets always pose the risk of antibiotics in food, undercooked meat, infected meat (mad cow), excessive fat build up because of body’s inability to digest large amount of meat and you get an excessive am out of carbs, and you may find excessive amounts of grease in certain foods with pose obvious health risk such as clogged arteries, heart failure(excessive work).
