How can I get rid of fat in Abdominals?

I have fat in my lower abs and I’m fit in all areas except that. Whatever I do isn’t working. From Marine Corps mountain climbers to Crunches and all. What can i do? Should I go on a diet? I’m only 18 and I cant get rid of it.

    It sounds like you’re too self conscious. If it really bothers you and diet and exercise don’t do it. Liposuction is the only way to sculpt.

    The best thing you can do is eat less carbohydrates and sugar ( if you can try to completely cut it out of your diet) and do atleast 100 crunches. Take a break at 25 and take deep breaths for a while and again do another 25 and so on..I am very sure it will help you. I guess you are not doing it the right way. If you go to a gym ask one of the trainers there to help you learn to do the crunches right. I hope you do not consume alcohol, that is a major factor for belly fat…good luck

    What you need to do is go on a Low-Glycemic Regimine. I really believe that will help. Now I can’t tell you what foods are what but, you should be able to find it on the Internet. Search, Low-Glycemic Diet, Good Luck!

    Lose weight now – Stay slim forever

    More cardio. Its hard to target specific areas to lose fat from. But you will lose fat from all over if you do more cardio, and have high protein low fat diet. Also, keep up with all the crunches, and ask a trainer about different ab exercises so you can mix it up a bit.

    Try The Abs Diet by David Zinczenko; I have a similar situtaion as yours and this book is helping, and it claims it will make you have a defined six pack in just 6 weeks…..I decided to give it a try since I have nothing to lose except fat!
