<a href="http://Lose-11-Pounds.com/FreeBook.php?pg=8">Metabolism and Your Weight</a>

You don't say how many carbs a day you have been eating, but if you want to increase them, do it gradually, like 10 grams a day more and if your weight starts to increase you will know you have added too many. Don't forget that if you increase your carbs you will have to decrease either fats or protein to get the same calories.

good luck..
