    Slim down – remove fat

    oh Mikey no… say it aint true…. the lemonade diet will cost you the same as all those other fads…..
    it’ll cost you your health
    it’ll cost you your time

    the monetary? depends on where you live
    I suggest if you are gonna invest in something like this? go to the store of your choice… and buy all those ingredients…. and see how long you last on those… multiply by however long you are going to starve your body and punish yourself
    and then
    go buy real food
    and eat the right portions
    exercise as you can; increase every other day
    put down the remote, or gameboy…. the joystick – put it away…
    open your door – dont be afraid that big shiny thing? it is just the sun…. go grab some vitamin D
    and do not try fads that may give results at first… you deprive your body in long run… and you are worth more than that
