I just had a baby 8 weeks ago, and I have some weight to lose. How do I slim my waist without losing my butt?

    i heard that in other countries they wrap their stomach very tightly around the waist and hip area and it is supposed to help keep things tight. the sooner you start the better because your body naturally wants to go back to how it was before, it just need some help.

    actually i just found a site that talks about it. this is the woman i saw on TV that invented an actual wrap specifically for it.. heres the website, GOOD LUCK!

    A friend of mine just had a baby and she has taken up Yoga to tone her body. It’s a great workout and gives you specific exercises for your requirement.
    She has toned up and looks good. She practiced it at home as she did not want to leave her baby at home. I think she tried it at , you could probably take a look.
