how do i continue my diet while on vacation?

i am going away to jamaica. i am exercising right now about 5-6 days a week and eating healthy and watching my calories- writing a food diary… i know i will not be able to do that while on vacation. i am only going for 6 days… do you think that will mess me up? i started my diet about one month and half ago and have been doing really good.

    Need to lose weight?

    dont stop the diet….if you cant exersice for a few days thats okay, but dont just give up and pig out…….just be carefull what you eat.

    Slim down – remove fat

    Jamaica has a lot of good natural foods. Snack on fruits and nuts. There are a lot of good fresh fruits in Jamaica. Try going to Rastafarian restaurants, most of them are vegans. Take long walks up and down the beach.
