What can I eat with nausea I’ve had for 2 weeks? NOT BRAT DIET?

I have had nausea for over 2 weeks now and have been able to eat most foods except diary foods. What could I eat that is not the BRAT diet. I’m sick of it and can eat regular food. I don’t throw up anything, just nauseous. I’ve gone to the doc and she said just to wait to see if I miss a period to see if I’m pregnant, but all the tests I’ve taken are negative so far. Ideas anyone?

    The most important thing is to make sure your getting plenty of water.I would suggest foods such as rice, simple soups, dry toast.Some fruits are easily digested when nauseous, maybe a banana or half of one. Nuts and seeds are good too, nutritious and easy to digest.My mother always made my father a poached egg when he felt sick, easy to eat and full of vitamins, minerals and protein.Hope you get better soon:-)
