Losing weight without starving yourself

I don't see why fast food is convenient. You have to go and get it, deal with the people that are there and sometimes the order is wrong, or cold... I think it's a pain.
Make one very careful trip to the grocery store and get the
things you will need for the next few days.
Get stuff that can be consumed easliy but are still healthy
like fruits and vegetables that can be eaten raw (carrots, celery, broccoli, strawberries, apples)
On the weekend cook a whole pot of beans, whatever
is your favorite kind (experiment)
and have cheddar cheeze,
hot sauce on hand to spice them up
with chips or tortillas

as far as a work out group
you might try
look under excersize and in your area and see
what you find.
good luck!

Free Lose Weight Ebook

You probably are having trouble resisting junk food because it's still in the house. Next time you go shopping, don't buy any junk food or candy, and don't let any in the house. If you really are a chocoholic (like I am), just get one candy bar for your self for the whole week, and don't let yourself buy any more. You'll probably be much more careful about how you eat the candy bar if you only get one a week. It sounds also like you are depending on the weight loss to be a good enough of a reward. Intead, work with a close friend to come up with a plan. For example, when you both agree that you have reached your goal and maintained it for at least two weeks, get a baby-sitter and go out for something. Also, get together with a friend to exercise. You'll be less likely to aviod it or not show up if another person is depending on you to be there. Don't forget, after you've reached your goal, set another one (like organizing your house or to get rock-hard abs), so you keep moving forward!

Good Luck!

I have a magnet on the fridge and it says--May my arrival never be announced by the swooshing of my thighs. I look around at all the obese people and can't even believe what they have in their shopping cart for food. Never park close to the store, those places are for fat people. Get a step meter and walk 10,000 steps a day and don't settle for anything less, even if you have to do circles around the table.

How To Lose Weight Free 60 page Book

you have to tell yourself, that even if you don't want to do it (skip that fast food, or excuse yourself from the gym), that you have to start MAKING yourself do it against your will. it may be a drudgery to take the first step (drive away from McDonalds, drive yourself to the gym) but once you get to the second step, your momentum keeps going. you can find oodles of women to work out with, but ultimately it's up to you to make yourself do it. JUST MAKE YOURSELF. it's hard at first, but habits build and you start to see results and you want to get more results.

Fastest Way to Lose Weight

I am a mother of two and dieting so I know what you r going through...it is very hard to keep motivated! All you have to keep thinking about is how much better you will feel afterwards and how much better you will look! Keep thinkiong about the long term rewards rather than the short terms.

think about the reasons why you are on a diet and what you will get in return for that
