I wanna lose weight for my holiday in 6 weeks and i was thinking about this diet,i know your only supposed to do it for 2 weeks but i don’t care lol.
Or if you got any good diet ideas or w/e then plz tell :)
Btw im 5″4 and weigh 160 :S

    i agree, phentermine works very well, its the number one weight lose pill. it actually works. but u have to keep up with ur diet and excercise. u have to b perscribed to it. so go to ur dic tell him u want to lose weight and ask him bout that. dont take it for a long period tho bc once u get off it u will gain everything back bc ur gunna get food cravings like crazy. so take the pills and keep up with eating healthy and exercising when u get off them.

    I’ve tried out every diet in the book but nothing worked as well as acai berry. I understand they say that pills will not work, however they sure worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too. There’s a free trial on right now at , why not check it out, why not?

    Metabolism and Your Weight

    I am gonna Say……….. The diet is OK but i have a few suggestions.

    Here is a Healthy diet i know of because i am a Certified Holistic Healer.

    Breakfast: Milk and maybe some Eggs, Toast (Wheat Bread suggested) or Orange Juice.

    Lunch: A piece of Fruit or a Salad.Something including Vegetables, Fruit Salad also.

    Dinner: Varies i don’t think Dinner is something you have to have set. Maybe a Baked Potato, Spaghetti or a Casserole (Something Healthy)

    I think that might help. And the Diet you had in place was a very good one to!!. Just giving out suggestionss :-) :-) :-)
