Besides Calcium and Vitamin D, What Vitamins Help With Weightloss?

StarryEyes asked:

I am not interested in diet pills, rapid weightloss drinks, hoodia, or anything that is a trend or potentially dangerous. I am interested in something safe and proven.

To anyone worried about it, I am exercising, drinking only water (lots of it!), and maintaining a healthy, balanced diet.

    How to Lose Weight

Recently studies have shown that low Vitamin D level and obesity are correlated and there are no Vitamins that will help you in losing weight unless change in diet is added.

Juicing vegetables and drinking them every morning instead of eating carb/sugar based foods like bread/rice/potatoes will help you lose weight.

Carbs/sugar will add to your weight when you don’t utilize all of them.
Even fruits. Sugar/carbs from fruits must be used up or they get stored in the body as fat as the end.

And running alone will not make you lose weight.
See my previous post and it will help you understand.
