How can i lose more weight?

I’m 16, 5′6″ and i weight between 110 and 115 pounds. my goal is to lose about 10 pounds. i think most of my weight is from sports, but i feel so fat all the time. i’ve recently had to stop exercising because i’ve been getting blackouts and fainting spells. i just started keeping a diet diary, keeping track of what i eat. any tips?

    Want to lose weight?

    I dont think cruches, weights, push ups or any exercises like that will make you get black outs. And if you want to do them dont suddenly do 100 of them at once cut them down into 20’s. Sports like football and running around sports will make you get blackouts.
