What is a good brand of healthy low fat yogurt?

Lindsooo=] asked:

I know of some types, but all of them have chunks of fruit in them. That just really grosses me out. What’s a good brand of healthy low fat yogurt with NO chunks of fruit/food in it?

    Greek yogurt is really yummy. Most kinds don’t have chunks of fruit in them. Greek yogurt has a lot of protein in it, so it really fills you up. I recommend these brands: Chobani, Fage, and Stonyfield Farms (it’s called Oikos). There’s also another good brand that has inexpensive Greek yogurt, but I forgot the name of it (I know they make a chocolate raspberry kind). The vanilla, honey, and chocolate raspberry flavors don’t have chunks in them.

    Want to lose weight?

    I agree, Greek Yogurt is delicious. Dannon Light has 80 Calories and no chunks if you get vanilla

    Another GREAT GREAT one is Yoplait Light, they have AWESOME fat free yogurts in great flavors. Bostom Cream Pie, Banana Cream Pie, Key Lime Pie…mmm, pie.

    “Ski” yoghurt’s really tasty and only has about 100 calories a pot.

    I like the Yoplait plain yogurt, you can try to add stuff to it (instead of them adding it to yours).

    I usually have half a cup, a teaspoon of honey and 1/4 cup granola and it’s really good.

    Good luck!
