What type of diet will help get rid of fat on butt and thighs?

Hello, I’m a 25 year old female and i want to know what type of diet will help me lose fat in these places. My upper body is thin and I don’t feel proportioned. I’m uncomfortable when wearing certain things because of this problem. I am also willing to exercise all that i can to get rid of this problem. Thanks for your help!

    Lose weight fast

    This is the question every woman wishes there were an answer for!! Unfortunately, you can’t diet or exercise to get rid of fat from specific areas of the body. You can train and tone specific muscles however. Cardio exercise will help to burn the fat, and building more muscles will help, since muscles burn fat. Eat healthy balanced meals and regular exercise are your best bet. Too bad there is no easy way to do it…it takes work and commitment!!!

    How to Lose Weight

    The only thing that will work is cardio. Try 45 minutes 3 days a week and that should work. Make sure your diet is in check, there are certain spots on your body that collect the fat, mine is the stomach.

    Sorry to disappoint but there really is no “location-specific” diet. There are exercises that will help to “lean out” those areas but also look at your family. Is you body shape part of your families’ body build? Exercises for dancers tend to develop leanness in the leg, butt and hip areas. A great program for this is call Callanetics,. A few of my co-workers and I used to do this at work during our lunch hour. We were really amazed at how well it worked for tightening and slimming. Some of us were bathing suit ready in a couple of weeks….

    i am 27 and am also trying to lose weight. my butt and thigh are problem areas too. right now i have been doing a lot of walking and aerobics. it seems to be helping so far.

    Felicity’s answer: Whatever you do, make shoore you do not get in trouble and have to clean the kitchen because that will draaw you to eatin un nessisarry junk food!
